Description
The Gram KSP20 chilling cabinet is designed to meet all the legal chilling time requirements of any cook-chill operation. The capacity of this unit is 18 Kgs and it takes 90 minutes to chill from +70°C to +3°C. It has also been designed for easy cleaning with smooth surfaces and watertight, rounded internal corners ensures that there are no dirt traps.
